My Personal Story

Hi, I'm so glad you are here and hope to learn about you too. ;o)

I have studied wellness and nutrition since 2001. My education was motivated by my personal journey and experiences. Now I enjoy helping others, as I also continue to fight off the signs and pains of aging in my 50's.   Here is my story...

After being diagnosed with diabetes, endometriosis, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue and the art of continually tearing my rotator cuff (shoulders) for over 10 years... doctors just kept prescribing me medications and surgery. Their constant prescriptions caused me to have poor gut health leading to a leaky gut and the start of many food sensitivities & allergies. Eventually, I became sickly and miserable, I sought out many different types of doctors (and spent thousands of dollars) for years trying to find help. This led to more prescriptions that just made my symptoms worse. I became hopeless & depressed, why wasn't I getting better? I suffered through years of illness, however, I refused to accept that I would be like this for the rest of my life.

I finally gave up on seeking help from doctors, and became determined in researching natural healing solutions (and lifestyle) so that I could live a better life. I share some of this knowledge through my Health Guides and social media posts.

Collagen was one of my first miracle healers and the start of this business. It healed my shoulders and gut without surgery, and guided me to a new more natural path.

​

I've discovered a lot in the last 20 years, healed & maintain my diseases without medication (even the diabetes) and now I am living a healthier more energetic, much-improved life. 

​

With this business, I hope to continue sharing my knowledge to others through my Health Guides, social media posts, and products - so that anyone can enjoy a better healthier life - It is never too late to improve your life, to feel and look better every day!
