My Journey to Healthier Living
Hi, I'm Sheri, founder of Healthy Life Creations.
My passion for health didn't begin as a business idea. It began because I was struggling with my own health and looking for answers.
After years of health challenges, injuries and digestive issues, I began researching nutrition, fitness and lifestyle changes to take a more active role in my well-being.
Collagen became an important part of my wellness journey and sparked my interest in collagen quality, sourcing and how it's made. As I continued learning and sharing what I discovered with others, that passion eventually became Healthy Life Creations.
